HSE Manager Needed to Drive Major Culture Change!
- $200,000 - $172,000 (Base + Super);
- Subsidised Housing + Full Relocation + Site Uplift;
- Company Car + Phone + Laptop;
- Report Directly to General Manager;
- Make Strategic Safety a Priority!;
- Strategically Analyse Existing Systems;
- Improve HSET Function;
- Re-develop and Implement HSET Plans and Systems;
- Develop Behaviour Based Program to Facilitate Major Culture Change;
- Build Strong Relationships with Team, Regulators, Site Crew, Senior Managers & Community;
- Owner Operator Site by Top Tier Mining House who have Strong Strategic Plans in Place;
- Underground Operation - Opportunity for Growth is Vast.
