Experienced HSE Manager for underground mining operation. Your team of 10, including enviros and trainers, will look after the HSE function of over 350 employees.
Not only will you develop and coordinate the implementation of Safety Management Systems, you provide strategic Health, Safety and Environmental advice to the senior leadership team.
Strategically integrate safety into all areas of planning including the HSE Management Plan, to ensure sustainable development.

Your previous experience will drive you to influence behaviours of your team to build a positive safety culture.
Previous experience on mine sites will provide environmental exposure. Looking after a team of 3 enviros you will provide strategic direction for the team.
